Juicy Couture One-Shoulder Top, Under $50

This Juicy Couture One-Shoulder Ruffled Top is gorgeous. The green color is beautiful too.

I adore the ruffled trims on the one-shoulder top which then cascades across the body. GORGEOUS. It used to be $138 but is now on sale for $48. Good deal for a pretty Juicy Couture top if you ask me. And it’s in my size too (Medium 6/8) :) .

This would be perfect during the summer with white shorts  and flip flops. Or, white capris and wedges. Ok, I like the fall/winter fashion but I’m ready for Spring and Summer, thanks to tops like this.

ABS Printed Patio Dress, Under $100

Patio Dresses  also known as Maxi Dresses were one of the the “IT” trends in 2008. I have a feeling it’s not going away this 2009 once Summer time rolls. I’m definitely not ready to say goodbye to it yet. Judging from what celebrities like Eva Longoria were wearing in California even though it’s technically a winter season, I’m assuming they’re not yet ready either.

If you feel the same way I do about patio/maxi dresses, then you’ll absolutely love this ABS by Allen Schwartz Printed Patio Dress. It’s gorgeous coblat blue with huge floral prints. It used to be $235 but it’s currently on sale for only $82. Nice. The unfortunate thing is, it’s only available in size xsmall/0-2. Bummer. Talk about injustice in this world. So if you are that size, then lucky you :) .

Steve & Barry’s Is Closing Down 173 Stores

Steve and Barry’s filed for bankruptcy last year but maintained that they were going to continue running their chain stores. Steve and Barry’s are now closing all their 173 chain stores and liquidating about $225 million worth of merchandize.

So where will Sarah Jessica Parker’s Bitten going to be now? How about Amanda Bynes’ Dear and Stephon Marbury’s $15 sneakers line?

Well, I know what I’m going to do when I get paid (hoping the store near me is still open of course), how about you? Check out this site to find out the nearest Steve and Barry’s store near you.

Max and Cleo Ponte Dress, Under $65

This Max and Cleo Ponte Dress is not like the other ponte dresses I’ve seen lately. Usually, the 2 color combination involves white on top, and black bodice skirt, or blue or yellow or red on top. And always, in solid color. This Max and Cleo dress is so much different. You still get the 2-toned details but the top is showcased in a print detail way. I just love the print design on top.

This is actually on sale for $64.80. The regular price was $108 from Dillard’s. If you like this gorgeous ponte dress like I do then you’ll appreciate the sale. right now you can wear tights underneath, then finish it off with either black pumps, or black stilettos. Come spring or summer which this dress will transition to very well for work wear or as a date night dress, forgo the tights and show off your pretty legs :) .

Under $50 Look : LBD & 2-Toned Heels

New Year’s Eve was actually my birthday as well. And for my birthday dress I wore a v-neck black dress with flutter sleeves, black tights, and 2-Toned strappy platform heels. The v-neck is actually made of lace with 3 tiny buttons. I took this quick shot with my NikonD40. My son was using the tripod with Hub’s Sony point and shoot digicam for his animated movie so I had to use the box of huge screen TV that’s sitting in the hallway. Hence my head not making it into the shot, haha. I didn’t have time to adjust the lens and everything. We had to leave for my birthday dinner. Oh well, I hope you get the right idea of my New Year’s Eve and birthday outfit.
